I am a 28-year-old female with a history of low iron, irregular periods, and difficulty conceiving. I have experienced symptoms such as tachycardia, hair loss, extreme fatigue, high Epstein Barr levels, and recent worsening of tachycardia with a fast heart rate, especially in heat.
