What can I use to have clear glowing skin and can't decide on a cleanser?

I have a bad right knee with a fluid sack on the outer side and constant sharp pain in the inner knee joint. The cartilage is not the problem, and there's only about 2 percent arthritis. I wear a knee support and take Aleve, but it doesn't resolve the issue. I'm fine during the day but struggle to find comfort at night. What can I do to find relief and strengthen my knee?

Lately, when I lay down to sleep, it feels like blood is rushing to my head, and I wake up with headaches. This has never happened before and has been going on for 3 days, causing me to not get any sleep. I've been taking Aleve for 2 days, and I was on Phentermine but stopped two weeks ago. I've also had heavy meals with a lot of salt for the last couple of weeks. What do you think is causing this?
