I am a 54-year-old woman who had a hysterectomy in 1978 and was prescribed Premarin for hot flashes, which caused hair loss. I am currently taking Avalide, Bumex, Potassium, Naproxen, and an Albuterol inhaler when needed. My hair loss started after being put on Premarin, and my head sweats excessively and gets extremely hot when I sweat. Should I have my thyroid checked, and is there something more natural I can take for my hair loss?
