What would happen with a total occlusion of a diagonal artery of the LAD? But no occlusion in the LAD itself? What is the treatment for a diagonal blockage? Do they stent or does a collateral artery form? I recently had a coronary CT angiogram and nothing showed except a calcium score of 6, a mild to minimal stenosis in diagonal 1 and a moderate 40 to 59 percent stenosis in diagonal 2. I just turned 34 so this is concerning.

I have had a nosebleed every day after soccer practice for the last four days. The nosebleeds occur for 3-7 minutes and happen both during practice and in the shower after practice. I have a sensitive nose and this has happened before when I was younger. I am 13 years old, bleed from the same side (right), and have normal blood pressure. Do you have to take into account the medication's half-life when redosing? Specifically, if I am on oxycodone for a kidney condition with a redose schedule of every 4-6 hours and a half-life of approximately 4 hours, should I reduce the dose after 4 hours to account for the remaining 50% of the medication still in my system?
