I've had a ringing pulse in my ears for the past 8 months. I've been diagnosed with moderate hearing loss. Are the two related? Should I be any more concerned because the ringing often (but not always) is in time with my pulse?

I took 1mg of lorazepam (1 pill, one time) during my 6th week of pregnancy (did not know I was pregnant until the next day). I rarely take this medication and have panic attacks about once per year. Now I am worried about my baby, as I read online that the 6th week is the most detrimental to development, and also this medication causes harm to the fetus. Could this ONE pill do damage? Or is it prolonged use? The sites I read did not specify.
