The left thyroid lobe measures 1.6 x 1.7 x 4.4 cm, and there is an isoechoic nodule measuring 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.6 cm, previously 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.7 cm. Her TSH level was elevated to 6.22. She has no symptoms or medication, a bit of constipation occasionally, and is extremely active. What does this mean and what should be done next?

What is my doctor looking for when scheduling an ultrasound for a small bump on my back-lower mid back, which could be a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst? The lump is not very mobile but can be moved slightly, and I have had it for 3 to 4 months with no pain or changes in color or itching. What would cause a weird almost panic feeling when I move around, bend over, or lift things, followed by gas in my intestines and the need to go to the bathroom? This has been happening off and on for about 3 years.
