How long do I need to be NPO (nothing by mouth) before a chem profile, cholesterol, and triglycerides blood test?

I am in the 7th month of pregnancy and experiencing pain on the left upper side of my stomach, frequent bowel movements, and a strong urge to vomit after eating. I am currently using polymalt-f, neuromat, and famopsindr, but the doctor recommended hospital admission. Are there any prescription medications or home remedies I can use to manage my symptoms and avoid hospitalization?

Each side of my jaw under it, I have lumps going in a line all the way up to my ear, some small, some bigger, and they move around when I touch them. I noticed them back in January and I don't know how long they have been there. What could these lumps be and should I be concerned about cancer or other serious conditions?

I have a hard, cashew-shaped lump on my forearm near the elbow on my dominant arm. It doesn't move, feels stuck, and only hurts when I apply pressure. I've had it for a few weeks and it hasn't grown.
