I have a pimple-like lesion on my glans that hasn't grown, burned, or itched for the last 3 weeks. I'm concerned it might be a wart. Can you help me understand if it's a wart, how to get rid of it, and if it will resolve on its own?

I have extreme itchiness and redness, and I’m not sure if it’s a yeast infection since I’ve never had one before. I don’t smell any other kind of odor, and I’m currently on my period. When did the itchiness start, and has it been constant or does it come and go? Does your skin look any different (red, dry, scaley, raised, etc.)? Do you have any known allergies or any other medical history the Doctor should know about?

I am a 60-year-old female with normal weight and blood pressure. I have Mitral Valve Prolapse (MVP) and undergo an echocardiogram every year through my primary care physician. All results are normal except for mild mitral regurgitation and trace tricuspid regurgitation. Do I need to follow up with a cardiologist?

I have been experiencing excruciating throbbing pain on top of my right foot. I have recently been diagnosed with heart failure and have been dealing with this pain for some time. Should I inform my GP about this, and is it serious? The pain is constant, varying in intensity, and I manage it with paracetamol and 30% codeine. I am currently taking medications including spironolactone, apixaban, atorvastatin, nebivolol, lansoprazole, and venlafaxine. I also have a medical history of asthma, angina, atrial fibrillation, and mild mitral regurgitation into a dilated left atrium.

What is the best way to deal with constipation in a 3-year-old? We have tried prunes and prune juice, but increasing water intake has been difficult. Should I consider using a laxative for kids, and if so, which one is safe and not too strong?
