I have been experiencing excruciating throbbing pain on top of my right foot. I have recently been diagnosed with heart failure and have been dealing with this pain for some time. I also have a medical history of asthma, angina, atrial fibrillation, and mild mitral regurgitation into a dilated left atrium.
