What does Losartan look like and how can I identify it among other medications?

I keep having random pulses of pain on my head, mainly on the temples and towards the middle side, which last about 5-10 seconds and are uncomfortable. I've also been feeling a weird sensation on one side of my cheek and occasional tingling and numbness in my left pinky. Additionally, my anxiety has been high lately, and I started taking a low dosage of Zoloft about a week ago. Could these symptoms be related to anxiety or the medication, and could they affect my eyesight?

The rash is not itchy or swollen, but it causes irritation and discomfort, making him walk on tiptoes. What can be done to treat this rash, and is it safe to use fatty ointment?
