I have multiple pimple-like dots on my shoulder, upper arm, stomach, finger, and other areas. They don't itch or hurt, but they feel hard and have returned after previously healing. I use prescription azelaic acid for acne on my face and recently started using a new self-tanning product. What could these dots be, and what should I do?

I have an MRI report that shows findings including chondral thinning, subchondral cyst formation, insertional tendinosis of the gluteus minimus and medius, and a palpable knot on the lateral side of my left hip that has doubled in size over the past year. The knot is not fluid-like a lipoma and causes burning pain that radiates down my leg. The physician wants to give me a shot for bursitis but did not examine me thoroughly. What do you think about the diagnosis and treatment plan?

I had C02 laser resurfacing of my face on 1/18/24. Today is day 21 post-procedure, and I suddenly lost a concerning patch of skin on my right cheek. I am using Vanicream at night and sunscreen with a colored tint during the day. What should I do about this patch, and is there any additional advice for post-procedure care?
