Where can I go for a Cardiac EPs expert medical opinion for pro se against Dept of Veterans Affairs for: 1. Failure to take imaging prior to radio-frequency ablation, failure to describe heart and pv ostium during mapping and dragging procedure. Resulting in pulmonary vein stenosis in 3 of 4 pulmonary veins. 2. LUPV stent placed was too small and had to be replaced due to Chronic total occlusion. 3. Failure to inform of 4 right heart caths that are positive of pulmonary hypertension. 4. Failure to properly document 4 echocardiograms. 5. Failure to inform of 5 CT scans showing thickened skin densities, opacities, Mosaic attenuation and nodules in left lung, especially LUL. 6. Failure to examine, diagnose and treat pulmonary hypertension. 7. Failure to examine, diagnose and treat pulmonary hypertension. 8. 3 records of Physicians saying I have pulmonary hypertension but nothing happened. 9. Suggested V/Q scan twice to check on lungs but never happened. 10. Lobectomy on LUL for fibrosis. 11. Delay in care of PVS. 4 procedures took 2-6 months each to fix stenosis or total occlusion. 12. Medical records have 5 years of different diagnosis and even misdiagnosis of coronary artery Disease and Coronary atherosclerosis. I have Afib, pulmonary vein stenosis, 3 stents in pulmonary veins, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis and lobectomy.
