I had a full, clean STD panel done about 4 months ago. Shortly after that, I had a short encounter with a man where I tried to give him oral sex without a condom, but he was unable to get an erection. We kissed and he stimulated my vagina by putting his fingers in me. That was 10 weeks ago. I haven't had any symptoms until this past weekend when I had pain on one side of my vagina on the interior, which was diagnosed as a Bartholin's gland cyst. With antibiotics, I am feeling better. I just want to know if I could have caught any STDs during that short encounter 10 weeks ago.

I sometimes taste and spit small amounts of blood. I have had my nose and throat scoped by a board-certified ENT, who found acid reflux but no other issues. I clench and grind my teeth, and I taste blood when I suck on an old crown and floss around it. Could the blood be coming from my teeth, and is this something to be concerned about?

The bottom part of my fibula hurts but it’s not swollen or bruised. The pain started 2-3 weeks ago and is pretty constant, getting worse. The pain is sharp. I am 19 years old and not using any medications. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I had unprotected sex with a transgender person for about 5 minutes without ejaculation, followed by protected sex for another 5 minutes without ejaculation. I experienced a severe throat ache and rash starting three days later. I was treated with Azithromycin and a Ceftriaxone injection, which alleviated my symptoms. However, my girlfriend recently developed a similar rash and diarrhea. Could this be HIV? I took a 4th generation HIV test 19 days after the exposure, which was negative.

A 40-year-old male with a history of MS, gastric bypass, and lap band surgeries has been experiencing worsening diarrhea, intermittent bleeding, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, fatigue, and sharp pains in the rectal, penis, and testicle areas. Initial stool tests showed no infections. What could be causing these symptoms, and what additional tests or steps can be taken while waiting for a specialist appointment?
