I have been suffering from severe exhaustion at work, starting with symptoms like seeing stars, feeling dizzy, or experiencing physical vibrations in my hands and lower jaw. I take medications including Wellbutrin, Prozac, Lisinopril, and Adderall. I have not had any issues with Adderall since starting it in 2003. This exhaustion is recent and has caused me to leave work multiple times. I had a car accident in May 2020 with minor injuries but no complications. What could be causing this exhaustion and what can I do about it?

I was on Paxil and Effexor for 17 years for debilitating OCD and anxiety. After stopping the meds 6 years ago, my anxiety worsened significantly. I started taking Paxil again at a low dose of 5mg, which I increased to 17.5mg daily. This has helped with anxiety but made my depression worse. Should I increase the Paxil dose or switch to another medication?
