Why do I only recall my past memories in one way, as if they are real memories, and how can I differentiate between true and false memories?

I have 10,000 to 15,000 very symptomatic PVCs daily. Iāve had one ablation but my EP says I have too many areas on my heart to do another. I donāt want to take meds until Iāve exhausted all homeopathic options. I have horrible eating habits and I know my magnesium, potassium, iron, etc., is low. Iām 46, 120 lbs, one cup of coffee daily, then mostly water. Food and I are not good friends so maybe one full meal a day? I try to snack on healthy stuff at my desk (i.e., almonds, bananas, orange juice, protein bars, etc.). I also try to walk at least 30 minutes 5 days a week, but I have a hip problem, so Iām starting back into it, slowly. A lot of people recommend magnesium but I am so confused on which magnesium supplement to take for PVCs. What kind of magnesium should I take, what should I add as far as calcium, potassium, etc., and how much should I start with based on my weight and eating habits?

I am having terrible spots that bleed. They seem to clear up and then return. I'm thinking sun damage as I am a bather. What do you think?

I have a bad cough and bronchitis. I had a chest X-ray that showed mild hazy bilateral pulmonary opacity and atelectasis rather than consolidation. I've been dealing with this for a week and a half. I also have a history of bronchitis when I get a cold, asthma symptoms when I get a cough, and diabetes. Will the antibiotics I've been given clear this up?

I had a physical recently and my results showed some abnormalities. My microalbumin was high (37.8), the UMA/CR ratio was 38, and my creatinine was low (0.5). Also, my mono% was low (5.7). I'm trying to figure out what it means, possible problems, and next steps. My doctor didn't seem concerned, but I'm not convinced. I have pains in my arm and shoulder, abnormal bleeding during sex, and I've been more tired than usual. I've had sleeve surgery in 2016 and gallbladder surgery in 2014. I have diabetes and high blood pressure, both under control with diet only. What do these results mean, and what should I do next?

Itās almost 2am, and I canāt sleep due to trouble breathing deeply. Iām a 76-year-old female with sleep apnea, and using a CPAP machine is aggravating the issue. Iām alone and havenāt been able to reach my son or a neighbor. What are my options for safe remedies, or should I drive to the hospital emergency room?
