I have pain in my abdomen that was worse yesterday and has since improved after going to the bathroom. The pain is tender to the touch and feels like I need to go to the bathroom, but I only have gas. The pain started at 7 PM Eastern yesterday and is located under the rib above my hip on the left side. I am 6 feet 1 inch, 340 pounds, and 33 years old. What do I have?

I have a pain in my lower right back side. I had a kidney stone surgery in August. This pain does not feel like a kidney stone and I am wondering about appendicitis. The pain wakes me up when I sleep on my right side. I do workout 5 days a week but it doesn't feel like a muscle pull. The pain is more intense when I take a deeper breath. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I experienced stress and changes in my stool consistency, diet, and calorie intake. After passing a hard stool, I could pass gas at will, but after a soft stool, I couldn't pass gas without an immediate urge to use the washroom. Additionally, I felt lightheaded, yawned a lot, and experienced numbness during yawns after a smooth bowel movement. Is this normal due to water/fiber/stool softeners and a sudden change in diet, and could the sudden low-calorie intake and dietary changes be causing these symptoms?
