My 79-year-old dad has a long-standing complaint of difficulty breathing. Despite numerous visits from paramedics, consultations with doctors, an operation to dilate the esophagus, asthma inhalers, and throat lozenges, the issue persists. How do I cure my side effects from taking Aleve 9 months ago? I have hives everyday and also have swelling of hands, feet, esophagus, tongue, lips, and eyes occasionally. I've been taking 20mg Reactine daily, plus Benadryl when it's bad, but nothing seems to help.

I have had Achilles tendonitis for some time. I rest it, but it hurts again after walking. It's thicker than the other Achilles, but not swollen. Should I rest it or gently exercise it? Should I ice it, heat it, or stretch it? I had physiotherapy, but it didn't help much.
