I have had shortness of breath while climbing stairs, a history of blood clotting, and have been on blood thinners for 18 years, currently on Xarelto. I recently had a CT scan that showed multiple nodules in my lungs, including a new 1.3 cm subpleural nodule in my right lung apex and small airways disease. I believe these nodules are from blood clotting in my leg. What should I do?
