I have small hairline cracks all around the lip area, which are very itchy and sore. I have been applying lip balm and using cortisone for initial swelling. The itchiness is constant and the skin around my mouth is red and irritated. I have known allergies to Keflex and a reaction to melatonin. What could be causing this and what treatments can I try?

I have had pressure and intermittent pain in the center of my upper abdomen (just below my sternum) for about 15 hours. For the last approximately 8 hours, there has been intermittent sharp cramps in my lower abdomen for a few seconds at a time, followed by some brief diarrhea. I have tried gas relief and Pepto Bismol, neither of which provides any relief. Pushing my hand flat on my upper abdomen takes away the discomfort but only while I’m pushing. I was able to eat and drink for the beginning of the day, but now I feel hungry but also feel like I’m too full to eat. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have terminal cancer and am experiencing increasing confusion, disorientation, and difficulty with mobility. I am currently living with my father but am moving to hospice care soon. I am on morphine and diazepam, and I also have a history of bipolar disorder. What can I do to stay calm and stable until I can get to hospice care?
