Yesterday I had a couple sips of wine and my face got red and hot, with splotches around my eye and on my neck. Did I develop a wine allergy overnight? Should I be concerned about cancer or my throat closing from wine? Should I stop drinking? I am not a heavy drinker but enjoy the occasional wine.

I want to consult a doctor about my testosterone levels and blood test report. I am a 27-year-old male with no specific symptoms but have low total testosterone (6.0). I have no other medical problems, no medications, and have been taking Vitamin D supplements. I gained weight during the COVID lockdown and have low Vitamin D levels. Can these factors cause low testosterone, and is my testosterone level abnormally low? Also, does low testosterone mean my testicles will start to shrink or atrophy?

I have been taking Bactrim DS for 10 months to treat acne, prescribed for 1.5 years. My acne cleared up at the 4th month, but my dermatologist still wants me to continue. My family doctor advised me to stop immediately due to concerns about antibiotic resistance and weakened digestive system. I am worried about the long-term risks of antibiotic use and how it might affect my health, especially if I travel to a developing country with limited medical facilities. What should I do, and how can I stay healthy in such a situation?

I have been feeling stressed lately, with anxiety and depression that make it hard to control my impulses. I take Fluoxetine at 20mg, but I can go from being happy to feeling sad in seconds, which can last for days. I don't currently see a counselor or psychiatrist, but I have in the past. What should I do?

I have a constant whooshing sound in one of my ears and it's a bit painful. It started after getting my ear cleaned at a salon in Vietnam. The pain is dull and there's no discharge. I'm flying back home to Perth from Vietnam tomorrow night. Is it safe to travel, and will the air pressure make the pain worse?

I have pain in my abdomen that has been off and on for the past couple of days, with constant pain for the past 6 hours. The pain is very sharp and stabbing, located in the upper left quadrant and lower right back. I also experience numbness and muscle weakness in my legs, increased fatigue, bloating, and tenderness when pressing on the upper left quadrant and middle of the stomach. I have a history of EOE, high stomach acid treated with PPIs, and an upcoming surgery to remove my gallbladder. I've had vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea with 10 bowel movements in the past two days, which are small and light in color. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?
