This happened during my fertile days. 6 days ago, I had slight spotting that disappeared. According to my cycle, I should have my period today, but I'm worried about implantation bleeding. I took three early pregnancy tests, all negative, but I'm unsure if it's too early. I'm also experiencing swollen and sensitive breasts. I took another test this morning, which was also negative. I'm concerned because everything seems to indicate pregnancy. What should I do?

I am not getting my periods on time and it’s been more than three months. My last period began on the 16th of September. I am 25 years old and not taking any medication, vitamins, or related supplements. My periods have been irregular since 2019, with a brief recovery in 2021. I am not using any contraceptives and am not sexually active. I am worried about my health as it’s affecting my face skin, causing acne.
