I have been experiencing increasing stomach distension that doesn't go down, feeling full, and not returning to normal. I have no periods, only spotting, and have been constipated on and off. My symptoms have worsened over the last 6 weeks, and my last normal period was about a year ago. I had my last pelvic exam/papsmear 2 years ago. My grandmother had breast cancer, and my mom had bladder cancer, who smoked for twenty years. I don't smoke. I feel my stomach is like when I was pregnant, and I'm concerned about ovarian cancer but don't want to overreact. What could be causing these symptoms?

I'm OCD about getting pregnant and have been worried about a recent incident where there was no penetration or ejaculation, but his penis was briefly on the outside of my vagina. I took Plan B and it's been 7 days with no period. My periods are irregular, ranging from 30 to 38 days. What are my chances of being pregnant and what could be causing my period to be late?

I had my tubes tied 13 years ago and now my fiancé and I want another baby. Is the procedure to untie them safe, and will there be a lot of scar tissue? I am 34 years old, diabetic, and had a tubal pregnancy 3 years ago. My last pap test and pelvic exam were last month, with normal results.
