I had my tubes tied 13 years ago and now my fiancé and I want another baby. Is the procedure to untie them safe, and will there be a lot of scar tissue? I am 34 years old, diabetic, and had a tubal pregnancy 3 years ago. My last pap test and pelvic exam were last month, with normal results.

I have very irregular periods. My last period was in September of last year due to Clomid use for pregnancy, which resulted in a miscarriage. Last Wednesday, I started spotting, which is different from a normal period, being dark brown to very dark red in color and mostly occurring when I wipe. I've taken several negative pregnancy tests. Hi, I’m a healthy 28-year-old female, 17 months postpartum. I have very regular periods, but this period was different: I spotted for 2 days before, which never happens, and then saw light red discharge after my period ended. Is this concerning? I had a pelvic MRI in November for ovarian cysts (3 complex cysts, no growth) and a normal Pap smear 1 month ago. Should I be concerned about cancer or other issues?

I've been experiencing severe itching in my vaginal and anal area for about a month. I've taken antibiotics for both a yeast infection and BV, but neither stopped the itching.
