Hi, I’m a healthy 28-year-old female, 17 months postpartum. I have very regular periods, but this period was different: I spotted for 2 days before, which never happens, and then saw light red discharge after my period ended. Is this concerning? I had a pelvic MRI in November for ovarian cysts (3 complex cysts, no growth) and a normal Pap smear 1 month ago. Should I be concerned about cancer or other issues?

I've been experiencing severe itching in my vaginal and anal area for about a month. I've taken antibiotics for both a yeast infection and BV, but neither stopped the itching. My primary care doctor suggested it might be an allergy and prescribed Zyrtec and a steroid cream, which haven't helped much. The itching is more on the outside labial area than inside my vagina, and it also affects my anus. Who should I consult for this issue?

I experienced irregular bleeding starting in May, with a positive pregnancy test followed by a negative result and an ultrasound showing nothing. I have been experiencing severe abdominal pain, bloating, and changes in stool. My hCG levels were low, indicating a possible miscarriage. I am currently spotting and my at-home pregnancy tests still show positive results. Should I go back to the ER or wait for my OBGYN appointment next week?

I have not had a period since September and my body is not ovulating. My husband and I are eager to become pregnant. What would be our next step?

I am a 42-year-old female with a history of irregular periods. Recently, I have been experiencing multiple periods within a 6-week span, each lasting 3-5 days with a couple of days break in between. I am on the birth control pill Junel, which I have been using for about 8 or 9 years. I have experienced a lot of stress recently and have not had a gynecological exam in about 3 years. What could be causing this irregularity and what should I do?
