I've been experiencing severe itching in my vaginal and anal area for about a month. I've taken antibiotics for both a yeast infection and BV, but neither stopped the itching. My primary care doctor suggested it might be an allergy and prescribed Zyrtec and a steroid cream, which haven't helped much. The itching is more on the outside labial area than inside my vagina, and it also affects my anus. Who should I consult for this issue?

I experienced irregular bleeding starting in May, with a positive pregnancy test followed by a negative result and an ultrasound showing nothing. I have been experiencing severe abdominal pain, bloating, and changes in stool. My hCG levels were low, indicating a possible miscarriage. I am currently spotting and my at-home pregnancy tests still show positive results. Should I go back to the ER or wait for my OBGYN appointment next week?

I have been experiencing pelvis pain below the belly button, more pronounced on the right side, for about 30 days. The pain is tender to touch and slightly worse when taking steps or when there is pressure on the bladder. My last period was from January 17-21, and my appetite and bowel movements are normal.
