I was previously diagnosed with BV and yeast and took medication for it about 4 months ago. Now, I am experiencing light greenish-yellow discharge and some bloody discharge since yesterday. I haven't been sexually active since early December 2020 and haven't had a vaginal swab test since October. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and experienced severe abdominal pains, cold sweats, bloating, nausea, and diarrhea due to suspected food poisoning. The pain caused me to black out at one point. Although the severe pain has subsided, I am experiencing mild cramping. I just woke up and my chest and upper back are hurting a lot. I’m a 23-year-old pregnant female, around 5-8 weeks pregnant, and haven’t been to the OB yet. The pain is constant and worse when I sit up. It’s sharp when I sit up and achy when laying down. The pain is in the middle of my chest and radiating to my upper back. I took Tylenol PM last night but have never had issues with it before. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
