They usually last a couple of days, with vomiting typically occurring on the first day. I haven't kept track of my last period, but it feels regular. I'm 29 years old and have tried taking Tylenol, but it didn't stay down. I've never had a physical. The cramps are located in the left lower abdomen and range from an 8 to a 10 on the pain scale. I've had more frequent bowel movements today, about 3 or 4 small, formed, soft bowel movements. I have no appetite and don't feel like eating.

I am 21 years old, have had two kids, and took Plan B two weeks ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?
