I am 31 years old and experiencing breast pain with no lump. My doctor recommended a mammogram, but I am concerned because the recommended age for mammograms is 40. Is it safe for me to have a mammogram, and should I be worried about my symptoms?

I have been experiencing a vaginal odor for 2 weeks, which returned after taking antibiotics and having sex with my boyfriend. I have an IUD hormonal device and have had it for 3 years. My symptoms include a discharge that is between clear and light yellow, like egg whites, mild itching, and a slight fishy odor. There is no redness, soreness, or swelling. What could be causing this and what can I do to resolve it?

I just got a STD screening and Pap done, and my doctor said I have a yeast infection. I forgot to mention that I went to a river after having sex, which caused tears. Could I possibly have gotten something from the river? I am experiencing pain, burning, and white patches on my vulva that are extremely sensitive and painful. I was given fluconazole, nystatin topical, and nitrofurantoin mono-mcr on 6/21. I see improvement in the yeast infection but still have the patches and pain. Could this be related to the river water exposure or something else?

I noticed a vaginal pimple on my left vaginal lip 3 days ago. It’s a skin-colored bump that looks like a pimple. I also have thick, clumpy, chunky vaginal discharge with occasional liquid discharge, itching, and a strong odor. I recently had protected sex. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to resolve them?

I am experiencing vaginal pain after peeing, which started on Monday. The pain is sharp and achey, and there is redness in the labia minora area with some swelling. I had sex for the first time on Monday, and the pain started after that. I took Tylenol for the pain and am 20 years old. I am also having my period and feel cramps, which are a little more painful than usual, along with burning after peeing followed by pain. What could be causing this and what should I do?
