I noticed a vaginal pimple on my left vaginal lip 3 days ago. It’s a skin-colored bump that looks like a pimple. I also have thick, clumpy, chunky vaginal discharge with occasional liquid discharge, itching, and a strong odor. I recently had protected sex. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to resolve them?

I finished my period last week, had a day or two of no bleeding, and now I have had bleeding which started off as spotting but now is more like a period for the past week. I have recently had an STI check which came back negative. Are you using any contraceptives? Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse? I am not using any contraception and the bleeding is getting worse. I am on citalopram, omeprazole, and propranolol, and I am 26 years old.
