I am experiencing vaginal pain after peeing, which started on Monday. The pain is sharp and achey, and there is redness in the labia minora area with some swelling. I had sex for the first time on Monday, and the pain started after that. I took Tylenol for the pain and am 20 years old. I am also having my period and feel cramps, which are a little more painful than usual, along with burning after peeing followed by pain. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I haven't had a period in 2 months and I took a pregnancy test which was negative. Is there another reason besides stress for this irregularity? I am 21 years old, use condoms, and my last period was from April 13-18. I have gained weight recently and have experienced nausea but no pain or cramps in the lower abdomen.

I finished my period last week, had a day or two of no bleeding, and now I have had bleeding which started off as spotting but now is more like a period for the past week. I have recently had an STI check which came back negative. Are you using any contraceptives? Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse? I am not using any contraception and the bleeding is getting worse. I am on citalopram, omeprazole, and propranolol, and I am 26 years old. My cycles are usually long and can be irregular but recently have been quite regular. I have minimal stress.

I have a copper IUD and have been experiencing bleeding for a few hours after intercourse since my period ended on May 9th. I also started cramping badly today. I have had the IUD for about 4 months and this is the second time I've cramped while having the IUD. My last STD test was clear, and there are no unusual symptoms in my discharge.
