I have a copper IUD and have been experiencing bleeding for a few hours after intercourse since my period ended on May 9th. I also started cramping badly today. I have had the IUD for about 4 months and this is the second time I've cramped while having the IUD. My last STD test was clear, and there are no unusual symptoms in my discharge. What could be causing this bleeding and cramping, and what should I do next?

I have a bump on the inside lip of my vagina. It doesn't cause pain or itchiness and is the same color as my skin. I've had it for a couple of months but only recently noticed it. I'm 20 years old and not taking any medications. I had endometritis three years ago after giving birth and was briefly on Naproxen. What could this bump be and what should I do about it?

My girlfriend started bleeding randomly during sex and has slight nausea now. She is 20 years old and on birth control. She had a fever a few days before this happened and just got over being sick. How long has your girlfriend dealt with the bleeding? Is this issue stable or getting worse? Is she using any medications, either for the bleeding or anything else?
