My girlfriend started bleeding randomly during sex and has slight nausea now. She is 20 years old and on birth control. She had a fever a few days before this happened and just got over being sick. How long has your girlfriend dealt with the bleeding? Is this issue stable or getting worse? Is she using any medications, either for the bleeding or anything else? Anything else in her medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I think I have a hormonal problem. I am 30 years old and have been experiencing issues for over a year. My periods are regular, but I have acne, hair loss, weight gain, dry vaginal tissue, and pain during sex. I have also been trying to conceive for a year. I have had blood tests showing slightly high testosterone levels, an ultrasound showing no issues, and tests indicating open fallopian tubes and normal semen analysis. What could be causing these issues, and what further steps should I take?
