I have breakthrough bleeding during menopause. I'm scared and have a scheduled gynecologist appointment for a routine checkup. I think the bleeding might be coming from the rectal area as well. I have a history of fibroids without any issues. Do I need to go to the emergency room?

I am 24 years old and married, and I am currently 21 days late for my period. My husband and I have not been trying for a baby. I have had three negative pregnancy tests. My annual women's health exam showed everything was normal, and the nurse practitioner attributed my missed period to stress, though I have not felt particularly stressed and have never missed a period before. I was on birth control pills and discontinued them in August/September 2008. I am otherwise very healthy and have not had any significant weight loss or exercise changes. Is there a chance that I could still be pregnant? I have heard of women being pregnant and their results not showing until several weeks in. Should I get a blood test done? My only symptoms have been occasional bloating, clear discharge around the time I was supposed to start my period, small bumps on my areolas, and one night of abdominal cramping. What could be causing me not to ovulate? Thank you.

I took Plan B emergency contraception about a week and a half ago due to a possible condom malfunction. I have never been on any birth control before and have always been extremely regular. I noticed a white discharge in clumps and blood clots every time I use the bathroom. I am also experiencing bad cramping and bloating. Is it normal to feel this way after taking Plan B, and could these symptoms be related to my upcoming period or pregnancy?

I got pregnant as a virgin due to semen entering through a broken hymen during foreplay. I had an abortion at 6 weeks and never had intercourse afterward. I am getting married soon and need to know if I can still be considered a virgin, if I need hymen restructuring surgery, if I will bleed during my first intercourse, how a gynecologist can check my virginity, and if the procedure can be done anytime before the marriage.
