I have been experiencing pain in my left breast and nipple, which is sharp and stabbing, and comes and goes but can be persistent. I have a 5-year IUD, stopped having periods two years ago, and have a history of severe asthma, VCD, chronic fatigue, headaches, and my aunt had triple-negative breast cancer. I'm currently taking Advil, sabotalmol, zenhale, spiriva resprimat, aripiprazole, Tri yellow, clariton, and marina for the IUD. I'm 33 years old and not sure if the pain is due to lumps or muscle bumps. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I started having itching in and around my vaginal area. What can I use to help the itching? The skin looks red and somewhat swollen. I am 77 years old, not sexually active, and have hypertension.
