I have been experiencing pain in my left breast and nipple, which is sharp and stabbing, and comes and goes but can be persistent. I have a 5-year IUD, stopped having periods two years ago, and have a history of severe asthma, VCD, chronic fatigue, headaches, and my aunt had triple-negative breast cancer. I'm currently taking Advil, sabotalmol, zenhale, spiriva resprimat, aripiprazole, Tri yellow, clariton, and marina for the IUD. I'm 33 years old and not sure if the pain is due to lumps or muscle bumps. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

My girlfriend got her period on June 4th, and we had protected sex on June 11th where the condom broke, but we used the pull-out method and she took Plan B. Today, she woke up bleeding, not heavily but more than just spotting. She wants to know why she is bleeding since her period was just two weeks ago.

I started having itching in and around my vaginal area. What can I use to help the itching? The skin looks red and somewhat swollen. I am 77 years old, not sexually active, and have hypertension. This is the first time this has happened, and I haven't noticed a discharge or used any antibiotics recently.

I have a burning sensation inside my vagina when I pee or touch it, but no other symptoms. I had a UTI, which went away with medicine, but now I have the burning and a little swelling. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?
