I haven't had a normal period since April 2011 but continue to have menstrual cramps with little to no bleeding. I also recently developed what feels like fetal movement but I've taken 7 pregnancy tests (urine and blood) all negative. Is this a tumor or cancer? A weird pregnancy?

Can I use Monistat with my Mirena implant, and will my maintenance medications (lamotrigine, Quetiapine, Zyrtec) and as-needed medications (klonopin, gabapentin) affect the efficacy of my Mirena implant? Also, how can I differentiate between a yeast infection and a UTI, and should I try Monistat before seeing a doctor?

I have pain near where my ovary was, which started on and off for a month. The pain is sharp. I have had 2 back surgeries, 2 neck surgeries, and a hysterectomy. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I had unprotected sex on the 4th day of my period last month. My regular cycle lasts for 6 days but it ended on the 4th day after sex. I took Plan B the next day. I also had protected sex 5 days after taking Plan B, after which I experienced unusual brown blood for 3 days. Is there any chance that I can be pregnant because I still haven’t got my period till now? I also feel bloated these days and get very light cramps since about a week.
