Can I use Vagibiom (vaginal probiotic) close to or at the same time as vaginal progesterone? Can I take vaginal progesterone in the morning, vaginal probiotic at noon, and then another vaginal progesterone in the evening?

My period has been heavy and ongoing for 12 days. I was on medroxyprogesterone for 9 years to regulate my periods, but I stopped it in June. This period started 10 days early and hasn't stopped. I also have minor thalassemia. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have an enlarged heterogeneous condition in both ovaries with pain. The pain started 4 days ago and comes and goes. It is sharp. I am currently using only painkillers and I am 36 years old. I had IVF in early November. What could be the issue and should I consider endoscopy and removing the cystic structures, or can I wait until my appointment on Saturday?

I've been experiencing spotting-like episodes for 3 weeks without having my period. I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 days ago and started taking tranexamic acid, Diane, and metformin, but the bleeding continues. My last period began on June 3rd, and I have no history of sexual activity. I also have subclinical hypothyroidism and high TSH levels. What could be causing the spotting, and what should I do about it?

My wife is 35 years old and in her second trimester. We have had multiple ultrasounds confirming that our baby has a body stalk anomaly and won't survive.
