I did blood work per obgyn request prior to seeing in person, I have hcg level 38500 but progestin only 9.09 , I had a miscarriage few years ago . Does low progesterone mean it’s possible to have either miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy? I can’t wait to see obgyn 5/31 for exam

I am 11 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing severe lower left abdominal pain near my hip for 8 hours, along with a shooting pain in my left shoulder that lasted 40 minutes and caused difficulty breathing. I have also had contraction-like pain that intensifies over time, and have noticed large amounts of light brownish mucus with red streaks and pink spots twice since 1 PM, and beige mucus with red spots at 7 PM. Should I go to the doctor?
