I am 11 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing severe lower left abdominal pain near my hip for 8 hours, along with a shooting pain in my left shoulder that lasted 40 minutes and caused difficulty breathing. I have also had contraction-like pain that intensifies over time, and have noticed large amounts of light brownish mucus with red streaks and pink spots twice since 1 PM, and beige mucus with red spots at 7 PM. Should I go to the doctor?

I am experiencing intense ovulation pain that lasts about 2 days mid-cycle. It started after a total hysterectomy (ovaries conserved) by laparoscopy. The pain is worse on the right side and causes mid-pelvic pain that worsens when I empty my bladder. What could be causing this new type of ovulation pain, especially since nothing is showing up on imaging and I do not have endometriosis?

I have PCOS and am looking to conceive my second baby but have not ovulated or had a period since December. I am 30 years old, not using contraceptives, and my last period was on December 6th for 5 days. I am on antidepressants and sleeping medications. I had bloodwork and an ultrasound done on Friday but do not have an OB/GYN and would like to start Clomid. What should I do?

I have been experiencing bleeding from the vagina with a bad smell for 4 days. I am 40 years old and had a pap smear a year ago with no issues. I don't have pain or sores, and I haven't had unsafe sex. I once had an infection but never with blood. Could the infection cause bleeding, and could you recommend some medicine for this?
