My partner and I have been trying for a baby for 6 months. I am 45 years old and have 2 children from my early 20s. My husband hasn't had any children, and we would love to have one together. My GP has done routine hormonal blood tests, which are all normal for my age. I have hypothyroidism and take 200mcg of medication twice daily. I am about to have a thyroid function test next week.
