I got a hormonal IUD (Minera) put in in November 2021 and was on my period for three months until January 2022. I haven't had a period since, but recently noticed what looked like my period starting again. Is this normal, and can I expect it to last for another three months like last time?

I've been experiencing burning, swelling, itching, and burning during urination for about 4 days. I'm 33 years old and used the one-day course of Monistat last night, which made the symptoms worse. I was diagnosed with HPV and herpes a few years ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?
