I am newly married and my wife, who is 30 years old, has missed her periods for March and April, with only minor spotting/bleeding during these months. She took emergency contraceptive pills (2 pills) in the first week of March and had her last menstrual period on February 18th. She has taken four negative pregnancy tests, the last one three days ago. What could be causing this and should we wait for her cycles to return to normal or consult a local doctor?

I thought I had a yeast infection and used a generic brand of Monistat, but now the symptoms are worse. I've been experiencing burning, swelling, itching, and burning during urination for about 4 days. I'm 33 years old and used the one-day course of Monistat last night, which made the symptoms worse. I was diagnosed with HPV and herpes a few years ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing pain in my left breast and nipple, which is sharp and stabbing, and comes and goes but can be persistent. I have a 5-year IUD, stopped having periods two years ago, and have a history of severe asthma, VCD, chronic fatigue, headaches, and my aunt had triple-negative breast cancer. I'm currently taking Advil, sabotalmol, zenhale, spiriva resprimat, aripiprazole, Tri yellow, clariton, and marina for the IUD. I'm 33 years old and not sure if the pain is due to lumps or muscle bumps. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
