What if a person has already contracted a sexually transmitted disease (STD) and got a cure for it but now wants to have children?

I missed my depo shot the first week of April. Had unprotected sex May 16th and 23rd. I'm experiencing a lot of gas, bloating in my stomach, tender nipples, nausea with no vomiting, and a heightened sense of smell. I had a period a week after missing my depo, which lasted two weeks and was very light. My last pap smear in January was normal, and all STD and HIV tests were negative. Is it possible for me to be pregnant, and what should I do?

I'm 40 years old and had a severe 4th degree tear with my first baby 3 years ago. It was so traumatic that I opted for a c-section with my second baby 2 years ago. I'm pregnant with my third and considering a VBAC but very nervous. Can you tell me the chances of another 4th degree (or 3rd degree) tear?
