I haven’t had a period in 2 months and a pregnancy test is negative. I am 31 years old, not planning to get pregnant, and have used Plan B three times. I have symptoms such as bloating, increased constipation, and nipple pain.

I need to know what my chances are for getting pregnant at 36. We have been trying for over four years now, had two cycles of clomid and nothing happened. I have PCOS and am currently using medication for my thyroid. What else can we try?

I have had three menstrual cycles in the span of about 40-45 days. The first cycle in early/mid-June was extremely painful on the lower right side and lasted a normal 4-5 days. The subsequent cycles in late June and early July lasted longer (6-7 days, followed by 8 days of bleeding) and were characterized by lighter, brown, and clotted blood. I have not had any pain or cramps with these cycles. I am not on any medication or birth control and have never been sexually active. What could be causing these abnormal cycles and what should I do?

How many ultrasounds are typically done in Australia during pregnancy, and is there another one at 30 weeks to check if the baby is breech? If not, how can I get an elective ultrasound and what would it cost?
