I need to know what my chances are for getting pregnant at 36. We have been trying for over four years now, had two cycles of clomid and nothing happened. I have PCOS and am currently using medication for my thyroid. What else can we try?

I have had three menstrual cycles in the span of about 40-45 days. The first cycle in early/mid-June was extremely painful on the lower right side and lasted a normal 4-5 days. The subsequent cycles in late June and early July lasted longer (6-7 days, followed by 8 days of bleeding) and were characterized by lighter, brown, and clotted blood. I have not had any pain or cramps with these cycles. I am not on any medication or birth control and have never been sexually active. What could be causing these abnormal cycles and what should I do?

I had the Mirena fitted about 6-8 weeks ago and lost my leaflet. I'm wondering if leg cramps at night, a rash on my back, headaches, and breast tenderness are some of the side effects.
