I'm 4 weeks 3 days pregnant and had some light brown spotting yesterday, which turned red today. I don't have any cramps and the spotting is not enough to fill a panty liner. I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage on April 8th. Today, I am passing large-sized clots and have had bad back pain for 48 hours. The back pain is constant and feels full and achy, like something is pressing on my nerves. I am not taking any medications, I am 30 years old, and I have a history of suspected endometriosis and past fibroids. The missed miscarriage was discovered on March 22, and there were retained products of conception after the D&C, which I believe my body has passed. I have had two periods since the D&C. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
