I am 38 weeks pregnant and my clitoris is swollen. Is that normal?

I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage on April 8th. Today, I am passing large-sized clots and have had bad back pain for 48 hours. The back pain is constant and feels full and achy, like something is pressing on my nerves. I am not taking any medications, I am 30 years old, and I have a history of suspected endometriosis and past fibroids. The missed miscarriage was discovered on March 22, and there were retained products of conception after the D&C, which I believe my body has passed. I have had two periods since the D&C. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I am 36 years old and have had two children, with my youngest being 10 years old. During my last pregnancy, I experienced a placenta abruption and was told I wouldn't be able to conceive again, and if I did, it could be life-threatening for me or the baby. I have recently taken two pregnancy tests, both of which came back positive. What are my chances of giving birth to this child safely?
