I am a 40-year-old woman with a history of irregular periods and vaginal discharge since 12/20/22. I have experienced blood in my vaginal secretion and missed my period this cycle. I took a negative pregnancy test and have been using blood pressure control medication for two years. What could be causing these symptoms, and do I need to take antibiotics for an infection?

I have been sick for months with symptoms including belly pain, frequent urination, constipation, lower back pain, a puffy belly, and nausea. I take nausea and pain medicine.
