For months, I've been experiencing lactation, slight breast changes, and I feel fetal movement, along with all the usual pregnancy symptoms, but I get a short period every month. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests with varying results, and I'm really confused. Are you using any contraceptives? When did your last period begin? When was your last pap test, and what were the results? Any swelling, discoloration, or unusual smells? Anything else in your medical history that the Doctor should know?

I had sex 4 days ago and now I have significant breast pain. My period is due on April 2nd. Can I be pregnant, and how can I find out? Additionally, I had two abortions 6 years ago. Can I still get pregnant now, or might I have difficulties?

I am in week 4-5 of pregnancy and experiencing moderate pain in my lower right abdomen. There is no discharge or bleeding. The pain started 2-3 days ago and comes and goes, never severe. It is dull but can feel like a stabbing pain if I stretch my abdomen. I had a chemical abortion 2 years ago without complications. Should I be concerned, and should I see a gynecologist sooner or can I wait until Monday?

Why do I feel like I need to defecate during vaginal sex, and how can I stop it? I am 18 years old, have never had a pap test or pelvic exam, and have ovarian cysts.

I am a 33-year-old female with two children, aged 11 and 7. In 2003, after having my 7-year-old, I had a bilateral partial salpingectomy to prevent further pregnancies. However, in 2009, I experienced an ectopic pregnancy, and in 2011, I had a miscarriage. What are the statistics or percentages of this situation?
