I’m experiencing burning and itching during sex, along with some unusual bumps around my outer labia. The symptoms come and go, and my skin appears red and slightly raised. I’ve only been with my boyfriend for the last 5 months and had tests before starting the relationship, so it’s unlikely to be an STD. What could this be, and should I book an appointment with a gynecologist?

My fiancée had electrocautery for a lesion and abnormal cells on her cervix about one year ago. Her latest pelvic exam disclosed new abnormal cells, and a PAP smear revealed HPV strains 56 and 58. Her ObGyn has scheduled another electrocauterization ASAP, followed by two more procedures over the next 8 months, claiming it will take 2 years for her to heal. We think this treatment plan is unconventional and are seeking a second opinion. The doctor says she does not have cancer, but her cells are at least precancerous. She has had a C-section 5 years ago due to a narrow birth canal and has had increased vaginal discharge for the last 2 years. What should we do?

I have been trying to conceive for over a year now and my menstruation is not stable. I have been using Primolut for two weeks as advised by my doctor, but I haven't seen my period yet. I previously used Depo-Provera for three months, which was supposed to last for 3-6 months, but I haven't had my period for a year now. What should I do next, and what other medications can help induce both my period and ovulation?
